How do I change an audit or inspection date?

If you are expecting an Audit Point inspector at your site, you can contact us to change your visit date.  Please note that depending on the project in question, we may be able to change your date, but you may also have to communicate internally with your team to adjust visits.  Please also note that if your organisation is on an unannounced audit regime, we may not be able to discuss dates / times with you.

How do I access my inspection report after an Audit Point audit?

We will always distribute inspection reports via email to an approved list within the agreed time frame for the specific project.  Reports will also be available on MyAuditPoint within the same time frame.  If you have not received a report, your first step is usually internal, to make sure you are on the correct distribution list, before contacting us.  Please note that we will need to authorise any new report recipients with our client contacts before making changes to a distribution list or platform login approvals.
